We are looking for someone to fill the role of IT Support Specialist.
About the Role
Main activities:
- first level technical support for all users of the group, located locally and remotely;
- installation, configuration and maintenance of company devices (PCs, tablets, mobiles, printers, company networks, etc.);
- daily monitoring tasks (Backup, Log, Report, etc.).

Requirements:
experience in the IT sector relating to the Help Desk;
experience in the use of ticketing systems for the management and resolution of technical problems;
strong problem solving and user orientation skills.
good knowledge of the Windows operating system
good knowledge of the office package
