We are looking for a person to fill the role of Customer Service - Application Maintenance Specialist

About the Role

Main activities:

first level technical and application support;

installation and configuration of software and related maintenance;

daily monitoring tasks (Backup, Log, Report, etc.).

  • basic computer knowledge;

  • strong problem solving and user orientation skills;

  • strong skills of collaboration, adaptability, resourcefulness;

  • knowledge of Microsoft Office platform: Excel, Word;

  • English language.

Nice to have requirements:

  • problematic knowledge of business and corporate management control;

  • knowledge of SQL queries;

  • knowledge of Microsoft Azure Platform;

  • knowledge of Microsoft platform: Power BI, MS SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS;

  • experience in the IT sector relating to the Help Desk;

  • Experience in the use of ticketing systems for the management and resolution of technical problems.
